DiSC3(5) 生物活性

描述

DiSC3(5) is a fluorescent probe commonly employed to assess mitochondrial membrane potential. It has an excitation/emission wavelength of 622/670 nm. DiSC3(5) inhibits mitochondrial NAD-associated respiratory systems, with an IC50 value of 8 μM. In conjunction with the Na+/K+-ATPase inhibitor ouabain, DiSC3(5) can induce membrane hyperpolarization in Ehrlich ascites tumor cells^[1].^[2].^[3].
